Bravo Monitor Calibration Chart

Casual photo viewers can use our Simple Calibration Chart

Adjust your monitor settings and/or video output, so that you can definitely discern a difference between all adjacent cells. At a minimal, that means brightness and contrast. Advanced users can tweak gamma settings, and coordinate between all your applications, and your video driver.

This chart is generated entirely in HTML and is therefore pixel-precise and free of any color distortion due to compression artifacts. It accurately represents the full spectrum of colors your computer can possibly display, in fine increments.

Note: Each individual cell contains a single solid color. The apparent appearance of a gradient is actually an illusion. Whenever there's contrast present, human eyes tend to over-compensate and notice the difference. You can prove that to yourself by cutting a hole (slightly smaller than the cell) in a piece of paper and use it to mask the surrounding.
